The SportSiteWare™ News Management Module makes online sports news publishing efficient and simple even for the least technically capable sports editors.
News Management module features:
- A single platform used to add/edit/manage news stories, photos, audio files and videos
- Stories uploaded to the site can easily be associated to a specific sport, high school, conference, game result or special site section for one-click positioning throughout the web site.
- Accompanying photos, audio files or videos can be uploaded in the same form and associated to the related story.
- Video can be uploaded to the site or included through embedded code from a third-party site (such as YouTube).
- Photos can be cropped on-screen without the use of third-party software.
- News stories can be selected to run in the news scroll on the home page of the site.
- Uploaded photos are stored in the system's Media Vault, and can be retrieved later for use with other stories.
